Materials- 2 ½ sheets of either red, pink, lavender or white construction paper
- Markers/Crayons/Pencil Colors/Pencil
- Scissors
- Glue
Time
Under 1 hour
Procedure
Instruct students to:
- Trim ½ sheet of construction paper to a 6” square.
- Fold in half; then fold in half again.
- Fold square into a triangle.
- Trace and cut a half heart in both folded edges.
- Slightly shape other edges.
- Open flat.
- Glue to contrasting paper.
- Write a message on the back.
