Procedure
Instruct students to:

Cut a circle with a diameter of approximately 8” – 10” from whole sheet of construction paper.

Cut a half circle from same color or coordinating color.
-
Glue edge of ½ circle to edge whole circle.

Decorate with hearts and flowers.

Add name.
-
Use to hold Valentine cards.
