Easter Crafts

Duck

• Yellow construction paper
• Brown/orange construction paper
• Markers/Crayons/Pencil Colors/Pencil
• Scissors
• Glue

Time

Under 1 hour

Procedure

Instruct students to:

1. Cut out a yellow circle approximately 9” in diameter.
2. Fold in half for body.
3. Trace and cut 2 hands on yellow construction paper.
4. Attach hands near the fold on one end for the tail feathers
5. Cut out a circle approximately 3” in diameter for the head.
6. Cut out an elongated oval from brown orange construction paper.
7. Cut off 1 end for the duck's bill.
8. Fold the cut end of the beak over making a small glue tab.
9. Attach the bill onto the circle.
10. Draw eyes above the bill.
11. Attach head.
12. Fold a 6” by 4” piece of piece of brown/orange construction in half to form feet similar to the following pattern.
