Mother's Day Crafts

MATERIALS

Blue sheet of construction paper

Scraps of green and brown

Markers/Crayons/Pencil Colors/Pencil

Scissors

Glue

TIME

Approximately 1 hour

PROCEDURE

Instruct students to

Draw a large tree with many branches out of brown construction paper.

Glue to blue construction paper.

Cut out enough leaves to represent each person in his/her family from the green construction paper large enough to write name on it.

(Siblings, parents, grandparents and possible great grandparents

Write the name of each family member a leaf.

Glue the leaves to the tree in this order from bottom to top, grandparents, parents, siblings.
