Materials- Sheet of black construction paper
- ¼ piece of construction paper for base (6” by 4 ½ “)
- Scraps of construction paper
- Markers/Crayons/Pencil Colors/Pencil
- Scissors
- Glue
Time
Under 1 hour
Procedure
Instruct students to:
- Fold construction paper in half to for a 6” by 9” rectangle.
- Cut into 2 pieces.
- Glue 6” ends together to form 2 tubes.
- Attach facial details to one tube. (Ears, eyes, nose, whiskers, mouth)
- Glue face tube on top of body tube.
- Attach tail
- Glue to base.
