MATERIALS

1 sheet of green construction paper

Scraps of black and white

Markers/Crayons/Pencil Colors/Pencil

Scissors

Glue

9 “ circle templates

TIME

Approximately 1 hour

PROCEDURE

Instruct students to

Cut a circle out of the green construction paper.

Fold in half.

Cut a strip of green construction paper approximately ¼ by 8 “ long for the tongue.

Curl the strip tightly around a pencil and remove the pencil.

Glue inside the center open edges about 1” back.

Cut 4 strips of green construction paper 1” by 12 “ for the front and back legs.

Pleat.

Glue on the bottom side.

Add stand up eyes.
