Twine/ribbon/yarn

PROCEDURE

Instruct students to

 Cut

2- 1” by 12” strips

2- 1” by 9 ½” strips.

Arrange in this order: 9 ½, 12, 12, and 9 ½, with one set of ends even.

Attach this end.

Bend the unattached ends into a heart shape, so a small heart lies inside a larger heart.

Align the ends.

Staple together.

Attach twine and hang.
