Procedure

Instruct students to:

1. Cut a 1” by 12” strip of construction paper.
2. Glue ends together to form a circle.
3. Punch 4 equally spaced hole in the circle.
4. Attach VALENTINES with 4 different lengths.
5. Knot 4 ends together.
6. Hang from a line strung across the room.
