Construction paper

Construction paper scraps

Markers/Crayons/Pencil Colors/Pencil

Scissors

Glue/Staples

Hole punch

Twine/Yarn/Ribbon

TIME

Under 1 hour

PROCEDURE

Instruct students to

Draw and cut out a circle with a 9” diameter from the sheet of construction paper.

Decorate one side of the circle using coloring, construction paper, etc.

Curl the paper plate into a cone shape.

Glue/tape in place.

Hole punch two holes in the top of the container opposite each other

Attach a length so you can hang the basket on the door handle.

Fill with handmade flowers from art/craft projects.
