Procedure

Instruct students to:

1. Draw and cut out items from construction paper and Xerox paper to represent self, interest, favorite things, etc.
2. Cut a 1” by 12” strip of construction paper.
3. Glue ends together to form a circle.
4. Punch 4 equally spaced holes in the circle.
5. Attach items to 4 different lengths.
6. Knot 4 ends together.
7. Hang from a line strung across the room.
