PROCEDURE

Instruct students to

            Cut a 1” by 12” strip of construction paper.

Glue ends together to form a circle.

Punch 4 equally spaced hole in the circle.

Create Halloween objects from 2” to 4” in height and width.

Attach to 4 different lengths.

Knot 4 ends together.

Hang from a line strung across the room.
