PROCEDURE

Instruct students to

            Fold construction paper in half to form a 9” by 6” rectangle.

Cut around the 3 open edges in a wavy pattern.

Draw and color a border around the wavy edges.

Add decorations using construction papers scraps and colors.

Write a message.
