Name Critters
Materials- Sheet of construction paper
- Xerox paper
- Markers/Crayon/Pencil Colors/Pencil
- Scissors
- Glue
Time
Under 1 hour
Procedure
Instruct students to:
- Fold the Xerox paper in half. (4 ¼ “ by 5 ½ “)
- Write name in script about 1” high and two finger's-widths from the fold. Choose one end to be the critter’s head or antenna.
- Cut in from the fold, along the top of name and down to the other end of the fold.
- Unfold your critter.
- Decorate it.
- Attach to construction paper. (6” by 9”)
