Black construction paper

Scissors

Markers/Crayons/Pencil Colors/Pencils

TIME

Under 1 hour

PROCEDURE

Instruct students to

            Fold paper in half lengthwise to form a 4 ¼” by 12” rectangle.

Cut in half along the fold line.

Attach 4 ¼ ends together.

Pleat with a 2” - 4” width.

Draw desired half shape along the fold line approximately 2” - 3” tall.

Cut out.

Decorate.

VARIATIONS

Any Halloween theme items will work well.
