Paper Bats

• Black construction paper
• Scissors
• Markers/Crayons/Pencil Colors/Pencils

Time

Under 1 hour

Procedure

Instruct students to:

1. Fold paper in half lengthwise to form a 4 ¼” by 12” rectangle.
2. Cut in half along the fold line.
3. Attach 4 ¼ ends together.
4. Pleat with a 2” - 4” width.
5. Draw desired half shape along the fold line approximately 2” - 3” tall.
6. Cut out.
7. Decorate.

Any Halloween theme items will work well.
