Materials- Construction paper
- Markers/Crayons/Pencil Colors/Pencil
- Stuffing such as tissue or other soft material
- Scissors
- Glue
- Fabric scraps
- Twine/Yarn/Ribbon
- Various decorations such as greenery, small flowers
- Hole punch
- Large geometric shapes, heart, animals, etc.
Time
1 hour
Procedure
Instruct students to:
- Cut out 2 large shapes with scissors.
- Glue them together with a little stuffing in the middle.
- Decorate.
- Punch a hole in the top
- Insert 6 - 12 inches of string/ribbon.
- Hang.
