Materials- Scraps of red and white construction paper
- Markers/Crayons/Pencil/colors/Pencil
- Scissors
- Ruler
- Glue
- Yarn

Under 1 hour
Procedure
Instruct student helpers to distribute art/craft supplies.
Instruct students to:
- Cut a white square 2” by 2” square for the face.
- Cut a red triangle for the hat with a 2” or slightly smaller base and a height of approximately 2.”
- Cut various size circles for eyes and tassel.
- Cut thin white lengths approximately 1” long for the beard.
- Add facial features.
- Glue hat to the top of face.
