PROCEDURE

Instruct the students to

Fold the upper right corner of the paper down even with the left side of the paper.

Trim off the extra paper and a square is formed.

Cut off.

Fold this square in half once and then fold it in half again.

Fold this small square in half diagonally to form a cone shape.

Round the bottom edge to form a flat cone.

Draw shapes on the sides, top and/or bottom such as triangles, half circles and half rectangles.

Cut out shapes.
